Airbus Backtracks From Planned Atos Cybersecurity Takeover

European aerospace giant Airbus called off Tuesday a multi-billion euro plan to acquire a cybersecurity unit of French IT consultancy firm Atos. Share values of the cash-strapped Atos fell approximately 20% by the end of the trading day. Airbus rose by nearly 1%.
