Hi everyone,

I often meet people working in cyber security, many of them appear to be between 20 and 40 years old. That makes me question if 'aging well' in cyber security is possible since it seems that only a small percentage of people age >40 are working in the industry.

My observation may be influenced or explained by the following two issues:

* Maybe I tend to only see/meet younger people because I live in a 'young people bubble' …
