Age limit to work in Cyber?

Do so see any trend in the field regarding age, I mean do you eel that is harder to be considered for different position as you age?
I Have experience in the field but I also want advice how to stay current and not to lose opportunities I know experience is key but I see other fields that don´t consider candidates as they age.
