In November 2020 I bought a Samsung QE43Q60TA TV and was immediately annoyed by it (1) nagging me about agreeing to its Terms of Service, (2) not actually having the ToS document on its system for me to read, and (3) nagging me to connect it to the Internet so it could download the ToS it wanted me to agree to.

As if I should have to agree to anything to use a TV I own. As if I should …
