Advice Request: When to leave your current role/company?

I apologize if this is not the place to post, but as I work in Cybersecurity I figured i'd ask here to get opinions.

So for some context I started at my current company roughly 10 years ago. I was intern straight out of college and they hired me full time. I have been on the same team for the past 10 years (blue team) starting as an intern now all the way to a senior analyst.
