Advice on training novice Security & Risk team

I lead a team of risk management, third party risk and privacy individuals with very light to no experience. I’m having trouble being everywhere at once and no longer have the time to coach 1:1 or review and provide feedback on all of their work. I’d much rather teach them how to fish rather than essentially re-doing their work so I’m on the hunt for light-weight training on InfoSec, deduction skills and critical thinking for risk-minded decisions/assessments.
