Advice needed on career path

Currently I’m in IT Infrastructure - title is going to change, but right now “Senior Analyst, Infrastructure Services”. I’m basically guaranteed a promotion first of next year if I don’t slack off 4th qtr to the next level which is currently “Specialist”, but will be retitled to “Lead Engineer, Infrastructure Services” by that time.
