So it turns out management isn't my forte. I'm a doer not a leader. I need advice and the perspective of internet strangers on some possible next steps.

My primary concern, like many of you I am sure, is future-proofing. Within my lifetime GRC will easily be replaced by AI. Or at least 90% replaced. My second concern is barrier of entry. For example, moving from GRC to malware analysis is quite the lengthy, cumbersome, and unrealistic road.
