Advice for cyber security training for my company

I have reached out to KnowB4 and other companies like it to get some training material I can forward on to my staff but they spam me every single day with phone calls and emails. Does anyone have a good resource for some quick training?

For example, “hey don’t click this! It’s obvious phishing”
