Advice for a technical interview for a Security Engineering role?

Going in for a technical interview which I have not done before. How should I prepare beforehand and what kinds of things are usually tested on during these?

Ive done formal interviews etc and the person who is going to me interviewing me said I should not be in the ‘University Mindset’ of studying for an interview. I cant seem to ease my worries though.

Any advice for me?
