[Advice] Blocklists for PiHole/AdguardHome for windows telemetry, programs, games, game clients, drivers

The lists are a bit restrictive, but the error is usually found quickly. Use the Main Template and the Gaming Full Template, there are overlaps, but that can not be avoided.
