About embedded tweets and youtube videos

I'm currently using Firefox + uBlock, and I of course block google/youtube/twitter/facebook domains.
I know about Nitter and Invidious redirect extensions. Invidious kind of works with embedded videos (depends on the instance..) although I have to unblock youtube domain and I dont know if that's ok for my privacy or not.
Nitter doesnt even work with embedded tweets.
Is there any good solution to embedded media that is privacy friendly?
update: I see in the Invidition site that it's safe …
