A friend posted a video of mine on Instagram (without my consent)

The video is somewhat objectionable and for that reason I don't want it to be out there on the web. The friend captured it from his camera, so I can't get it deleted from his phone but can I do anything about it if he posts it on Instagram? If yes, what all can I do?
