8570 Certification Process

Not the normal question about 8570. What I'm wanting to know is how to go about getting your certification test certified to be listed as a baseline 8570 cert.

I think reaching out to Cyberspace Workforce Management Board (CWMB) but I can't find contact info for anyone there. And osd.mc-alex.dod-cio.mbx.cyberspace-workforce-tag@mail.mil is unresponsive.

Does anyone here know the ins and outs of this process?
