3rd Party data breach response playbook?

Working on Incident Response Playbook updating and looking to see if anyone has created one for what happens if your organization is notified of a data breach from a vendor? I know there's some obvious steps, but was wondering what types of things other orgs are asking their vendors for when this happens.
