$3M settlement proposed for Dental Care Alliance healthcare breach lawsuit

After reporting a monthlong system hack in December 2020, some of the affected patients sued Dental Care Alliance over claims of inadequate security. A $3 million proposed settlement would resolve the lawsuit.
