I m now using windows OS . I m contemplating to switch to a Linux based OS ( something simple I already tried at some point Qubes but it s a bit too complicated for me). Which laptop would you recommend to run a Linux based OS to do mainly work tasks ( drafting docs , spreadsheets) and with whom I would not bump into problems with using my previous .doc .xls files ?
