As an art installation, an artist launched offline art installations around Korea, which are terminals where you can write decentralized messages anonymously. He did it as a social experiment to let people broadcast their thoughts and opinions anonymously, but South Korea doesn't have the best track record when it comes to freedom of speech or activism. Even if the chain is secure, can’t CCTV along with timestamps allow the government to link you to your messages?
