With the huge uptick in AI able to accurately mimic many people's voices with minimal data, what can be reasonably done to help protect or obfuscate your voice?

Outside of straight up not using a microphone in any environments which is fine for me I guess at the moment but unfeasible for most.

I like to consider myself somewhat technically inclined but I know nothing of audio, are there really any methods that could better protect your voice if you use a mic on a computer? I imagine a proper EQ mix can noticeably alter your voice but I don't anything about EQing or EQ to achieve some …
