With proper precautions, is using one email for everything okay?

I used to have multiple emails for different things but for me it became really annoying to manage and I want to streamline.

Also, I don’t care about trackers or google/websites spying on me. I only care about keeping my account secure from hackers.

Currently, I’m using one google account that has a strong password created with 1password. It also has 2FA and passkeys enabled.

This makes me pretty confident in my google account security.
