I'm working with my IT team to unbox their DLP program and configure it. They have said that DLP is not an IT responsibility, but should be the responsibility of the compliance officer. I see their point and I'll probably need to work with compliance, but would you say data loss prevention is an IT/InfoSec issue, a compliance issue, or that the responsibility is shared?
