Where can I learn about threat actor infrastructure?

I always find bits and pieces of the infrastructure as indirect parts of other cyber research like malware reverse engineering papers, podcasts, some MITRE ATT&CK TTPs, but nothing specific to how threat actors set up their logistics and IT side or specific to that subject.
