I’m an entry level analyst who sits around waiting for alerts all day. Most of the time it’s quiet. I love the job but I feel like an imposter when I go to read security news ha.

So a ransomware attack hit Dallas? That sucks but it’s nowhere near me or in the same industry as me. Do I have to retain every single attack name/organization in my mind just in case it happens to us? That seems overwhelming.
