Whats the best privacy oriented streaming services?

I don't actively listen to music, just occasionally I'll be bitten by a bug (and for that I guess I can use youtube), but for background/ambient noise, what service would you guys recommend?

At this moment, I'll be willing to recommend internet radio (though I'll need recommendations for stations).
