What to-do list app do you use?

Wanted to see what people here are using. There's many good to-do apps out there, two of which I have tried - Microsoft ToDo and Todoist. Both are excellent. But neither them encrypt your data from themselves. Which always makes me wary of just putting all my personal and work data on their platforms.
