Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

I live in the Philippines and I used to use burner phones for my private conversations. The cool thing is that these sim cards didn’t require activation, so I could buy them and not have to provide documents. Now they don’t allow me to buy a sim card without having to register first. What can I use as a substitute for a burner phone?
