What are some topics that you wish got spoken more about at cybersec events and conferences?

I have attended a few cybersecurity events and conferences recently and I have found them to be a bit dull - not sure if I'm the only one! I would love to see topics that you can't easily research on Google about, or an industry trend with some jargon thrown into it. What are some topics that you think you'd like to see in one of these events?
