How is it possible that a few Wells Fargo brokers know my cash balances at other financial institutions?

I have had a lot of unusual activity on my Experian report, including a Wells Fargo fake application. I think Wells is a subsciber to the Experian Collection platform but maybe they also use Clarity?

Any thoughts on how this could be possible?
