What is this group's opinion on allowing VPN from personal devices to connect to corporate network. Primarily development/production LAN? Everything else is on SaaS tools - outlook, teams, OneDrive etc.

All our infra is in Azure cloud. Our admins dont like it given the fact that we dont control user's laptops and they could have malware etc. installed. Would love opinions and experiences on this, pls!
