Todo List that syncs with Android & Linux? Or Linux frontend for Tasks.org?

I'm currently using Todoist, but it's not privacy friendly. I also have Tasks.org on my Android, but there's no frontend for it on Linux.

Is there a 3rdparty frontend for Tasks.org on Linux?
