Sudden Email phishing attempts at work

The company I work for seems to be the target of random email phishing attempts.
The email received by us are have very different structure, raging from 'security alert' to 'hr documents' and so on.
We have google acconts and we also use Okta. I know Okta had some data breach last year in Oct.
I don' t have expertise in security, but curious if this can be a consequence of Okta s breach.
