Someone keeps using my personal gmail to sign up for things in Indonesia -- is there some way for me to stop this or block Indonesian sites from using my email address?

The person seem to have the same first name, and my last name seems to be their middle name. I don't know how this is happening but they are literally signing up for accounts like commuter benefits using my email and I often will go to that site and do forgot password and receive the password reset and log in and see that they have their bank account tied to it.
