Simple Cyber Defense Matrix Generator

Kind of niche but useful for me at the architecture level so I figured it could be useful for others as well. This is a single-file web app to parse a JSON inventory of InfoSec tools and present the tools in the Cyber Defense Matrix format with some tweaks:

- Added the Govern function
- Added the Deceive function
- Flipped the axes because that matches a more bespoke analysis that I perform
