I've been using Ninjio awareness training, phishing simulation, and annual regulatory compliance training (PCI & HIPPA) for the last 6 years (2 different roles/companies) and while it's had issues there are specific things that kept me with Ninjio (e.g. Support and Content)

With the new leadership changes Support is at an all-time low and content is starting to fall apart. The departure of the founder has created a noticeable leadership void.

Anyone have real feedback on the alternatives? KnowBe4, HoxHunt, …
