I have received an unsolicited email advertisement from "phone.com via SafeOpt" after just opening phone.com website in my browser! I did not fill any forms on their site, nor spent any significant time, just opened the link, looked at the page and closed it as part of my research on sim alternatives. Ten minutes later, I get the email!
Apparently, SafeOpt by addshopers is performing this privacy attack …
