Running and paying for a website domain (and domain server) anonymously

I'd like to do a website under a pseudonym which features art projects that are very critical of the political right-wing gov in my country (EU). I don't want it to interfere with my livelyhood and day job.

It would also be great if people could contact me through a safe E-Mail there.

Would love to hear if there are ways to accomplish this.
