Possibly somewhat new role

I have been doing penetration testing and redteaming for over 10 years. Recently the job market has been flooded making it rather difficult to find work. Being currently unemployed I have been wondering if there are any coding based or more physical oriented redteam roles I could pivot to. I am not looking to leave the space but rather utilize my skill set in a different manner. Any suggestions are appreciated.
