Opting out from targeted ADs locked behind a paid membership

I've noticed that a popular Czech search engine [seznam.cz](http://seznam.cz) has recently made some changes. They are now offering the ability to disable targeted ads, device location tracking, device logging, and website tracking behind a paid membership. (Manually disabling tracking prompts a payment in the detailed settings section that just asks for a payment)
There is no other way to disable targeted ads other than paying.
