Nervous to update resume

I've heard stories that when you update your resume on Indeed or other places that your current employer can have notifications enabled and might catch wind that you're looking around. I've gotten a couple new certifications that I'd like to add to my resume. I'm not totally dissatisfied with my current job, it's pretty cake, but could stand to be paid more and wouldn't mind being part of an organization where security is more of a priority.
