MySpace.com + digital footprint checker

I used a digital footprint checker to see info from data breaches and stuff.

It says I have 3 MySpace accounts linked to one email (I’ve never used MySpace so I probably downloaded it to see what it is but never used it) so I’m confused why I have 3 accounts?
