"McDonalds" as default voice recording title on iOS

Hello everyone, I had an interesting experience recently. I attempted to record something, and after I finished, the recording was automatically named 'McDonalds.' I realized that the McDonald's app didn't have microphone permissions. I repeated the process, and the same issue occurred. To resolve it, I uninstalled the McDonalds app, and the problem disappeared. Should I be concerned about this?
