I work for a gov agency and some time ago my manager sent out an email to an external source giving them my personal cell phone in case they wanted to reach me after hours.

I never consented. And now this email along with my personal cellphone are public records.

I dont quite remember all of my ethics training when I first came on since it was such a long time ago but isnt this a violation of some sort? …
