Looking for learning material

I'm looking for something similar to overthewire's CTF games. Right now I'm in the middle of level 12-13 and I've having a blast, but the only problem I have is that I feel like I am relying too much on research on getting keys. Is there a game/website that is super similar that will teach me how to hack?

Side note: not sure if this will help but I only know a bit of ssh and linux commands.
