Looking for a privacy respecting personal finance app for iOS and macOS

Hey, I'm probably looking for a needle in a haystack here, but I thought I'd just ask anyway, see what comes up, so please don’t kill me, if I am being too specific xD
So far, I've been using Money Manager on my iPhone, but somehow it's not the perfect solution for me because I find it really annoying to enter all the data on the small screen of my phone.
