Localhost resolving to public domain

Pls need your help guys! As stated on my Title, why my localhost (127.0.0.1) is resolving to public domain (local.info.g9hc4.cn). I'm having a hard time to understand and look for clue or article on how to analyze this issue. Is this a malicious or a false positive? And how can I triage on this?

This is the 2nd domain that my localhost resolve in a china domain. The first is beian.gov.cn
