Lets Defend Training

I have a year and a half of tierless soc experience. I do very little IR or windows forensics and im looking to get more skills in that area. Has anyone purchased the vip+ package from letsdefend.io? How does it measure up to HTB or THM subscriptions?? Im scared to purchase and then it be very basic material I already know.
