Legitimacy of Software Resellers

Has anyone come across supposed Cellebrite and Oxygen software resellers, who ask to connect to your PC (usually through TeamViewer) and they can install their license? Their Facebook and Telegram channels have hundreds of members but comments are usually turned of which are all the hallmarks of scammers but thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks in advance.
