Is there a way for someone to find my name through my license plate in California

I am dealing with a stalker situation and just found out this insane person was seen taking photos of my vehicle. She doesn’t know my name previous to this but I have been very afraid of her finding it out along with my address and place of work.

I see there’s some websites that claim they can do this for a fee and I’m considering trying it on my own plate unless someone can confirm for me.
