Is the Netherlands actually good for data privacy/storage?

But is that really the case? If the US requests some data, would Netherlands refuse based on its strict laws? What about a very rich company offering to buy data?
The more data Netherlands has, the more financial incentive and external pressure from intelligence agencies to give it away.
