Is just abandoning the social accounts you created with temporary disposable email safe ?

Since you can't recover a temporary mail to delete the account so would just abandoning it be a safe , i think apps specifically tiktok here would have much more sophisticated methods to track you (for "targeted adverts" etc. ) So would it be a good choice to just delete it just like that ?
